Information handled by the website
The resource estimator runs in your browser. This website uses Yandex.Metrika (counter 113022332) to measure visits and interactions. Session Replay (Webvisor), click maps, link tracking and accurate bounce tracking are enabled. On the English homepage, we also measure loading speed (LCP), response to interaction (INP) and layout stability (CLS) using a small script hosted on this site. Our dedicated performance log records these measurements, the software revision, a coarse device category, navigation type, country when supplied by the delivery network, and a random identifier for each measurement. It does not record IP addresses, page-query parameters, referrers, typed text or persistent visitor identifiers. The measurements use no cookies or browser storage and are retained for up to 28 daily rotations. Automated checks are marked and excluded from the visitor report. Infrastructure access logs described below remain separate. Yandex may process page URLs, referrers, browser and device information, IP addresses and interaction data. Ecommerce tracking is configured to use dataLayer when ecommerce events are supplied.
The web server and hosting infrastructure may record an IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information in technical logs.
Optional records saved in your browser
You can save the cost estimate and resource inventory, setup checklist, SSH troubleshooting record and recovery record. These tools save your entries to this site’s local browser storage only when you choose the save action. Later edits require another save. The site does not sync these records between browsers or devices.
Saved records have no automatic expiry. Use the tool’s clear action to remove its saved record, or remove this site’s stored data in your browser settings. Browser settings or private browsing may prevent saving or remove stored data earlier. If a clear action reports a storage error, use browser settings to remove the saved data.
The recovery tool reads an imported JSON file locally; choose Save if you want to keep the imported record in browser storage. The tools do not upload saved or imported records to our server or a hosting provider. Downloads and clipboard copies are separate: clearing a webpage record does not delete exported files or copied text. Do not enter passwords, private keys or other secrets.
We mark the record-entry areas and their text fields to exclude their contents from Yandex Session Replay. General visit and interaction analytics described above remain enabled.
Cookies and third-party services
Yandex.Metrika may use cookies and browser storage for analytics. The contact map loads only after you press “Load map”. At that point your browser connects to OpenStreetMap, which receives technical request information. OpenStreetMap handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Outgoing affiliate links
Server links contain the project affiliate identifier. This site does not add personal visitor details to that link. After you leave this site, the destination handles information under its own policies, including any cookies or account details it requests.
